Biju Thomas

Executive Chef & Founder at Biju's Little Curry Shops
Chef Biju Thomas is a life-long cyclist, and the founder of Biju's Little Curry Shops, one of the most talked about new food concepts in the country.  Biju has been executive chef to numerous Pro-Tour teams and riders, while also serving as executive chef to Tour of California, USA Pro Challenge and the newest Colorado Cycling Classic.  Biju is co-author with Dr. Allen Lim of the popular Feedzone cook book series, and helped Dr. Lim launch Skratch labs. When not on his bike or in the kitchen, Biju can be caught on the Food Network's Diner Drive-ins and Dives, or on the A&E show Scraps.

Jon Bonnell

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Chef Jon Bonnell grew up hunting, fishing and cooking with his parents and family – his childhood pastimes would soon become his culinary inspirations. After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1994, Jon taught science and math for two years before pursuing his love for cooking and enrolling in the New England Culinary Institute (NECI) in Montpelier, Vermont. During his tenure at NECI, Jon completed a six-month culinary internship at Mr. B's Bistro in the historic New Orleans French Quarter. In 1997, Jon graduated from NECI and returned to Fort Worth where he honed his cooking skills at local, upscale restaurants.

Lanny Lancarte

Chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur, visionary and Fort Worth native Lanny P. Lancarte II is the owner of Righteous Foods, a clean eatery in the Museum District, CHOMP Catering a boutique caterer, and Ground Control Consulting Services, offering culinary and foodservice consulting. He established himself on the food scene with his first restaurant Lanny’s Alta Cocina Mexicana. For the past several years Lanny has taken a healthy and active lifestyle as serious as his cooking. He lives to bike and snowboard in the mountains and found that he needed the right fuel in order to enjoy his other passions in life, leading him to open Righteous Foods.

Blaine Staniford

Born and raised in Texas, Blaine Staniford left his hometown after graduating high school to become one of the youngest chefs ever to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY at the age of 19. In 2008, Staniford became Executive Chef of Grace, featuring a menu with his inventive take on American classics. Staniford received the invitation of a lifetime when he was asked to spearhead his own dinner at the renowned James Beard House New York in 2015. During his career, Staniford has been named “Young Gun” by D Magazine, “Rising Star Chef” by Dallas Morning News, and earned the title of “Top Chef, Fort Worth” by Fort Worth Texas Magazine.
