Retail Shipping and Delivery

For customers who purchase retail items from our Men’s Shop or Women’s Shop, Hincapie offers free FedEx SmartPost shipping to the contiguous United States on all orders over $150. If you require something other than FedEx SmartPost, the cost will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery method. We offer customer pick-up for local orders.


Delivery Restrictions:

  • Only USPS will deliver to a PO Box and AP/FPO addresses.
  • Hincapie Sportswear reserves the right to recalculate incorrect orders to include price changes, taxes, shipping, and handling, when applicable. Corrected invoices will be sent via email within 24 hours.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

All orders are shipped based on the customer’s chosen shipping method. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days once the order is shipped. Website orders received before 12 pm ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders received after 12 pm ET Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received after 12 pm ET on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Please note any orders placed before 12 pm ET on Friday that specify overnight shipping will incur additional charges for Saturday delivery. Call 866.359.4796 for Saturday delivery pricing.



Custom Apparel Shipping and Delivery

Once you’ve submitted your custom order, it takes four to six weeks for our team to create your cycling apparel and ship it to your team or club. Please note because custom orders are shipping from our factory in Medellin, Colombia, United States Customs & Border Patrol offices must review all paperwork before the order can be imported into the country, and may take up to 72 hours to release your order to FedEx for delivery. Because of this, overnight delivery for custom orders is not possible. To track your order, visit https://www.fedex.com/us or download the FedEx app, and enter your tracking number.


A signature is required for this shipment, and FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. You can get notified of delivery, pre-sign for the package, or arrange for a pickup at a local location all through the FedEx app. If FedEx cannot deliver the package after the third attempt for delivery and you have not told them to hold the package at a certain location, they will send the order back to the Hincapie Sportswear office in Greenville, SC. We will then ship the order back to you, but we will have to charge you for the new shipping costs.
