All orders are shipped based on the customer’s chosen shipping method. Website orders received before 12PM ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders received after 12PM ET Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received after 12PM ET on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Please note any order placed before 12PM ET on Friday and requests overnight shipping will incur additional charges for Saturday delivery. Please call us at 866-359-4796 for Saturday delivery pricing.

Due to unpredictable international tariffs, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. However, we are working to reconcile the issue and hope to ship internationally soon.
Hincapie Sportswear online is required by law to charge the appropriate state and local taxes where the Hincapie Sportswear headquarters is located. Therefore, taxes will be charged on South Carolina and North Carolina orders abiding by applicable state, local, and county taxes on merchandise, shipping, and handling.

However, please keep in mind our system is designed to process website orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot change or modify an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Yes, our headquarters are located at 45 Pete Hollis Blvd in Greenville, SC. Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM ET, except all observed holidays. You may even get to see Big “G” as he is in the office most days.
