What an absolutely fantastic day at Gran Fondo Hincapie-Greenville 2024! With perfect weather and thousands of enthusiastic riders, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. We were especially thrilled to have cycling legends Sir Mark Cavendish and Sir Bradley Wiggins joining us on the course, adding an extra dose of star power to the event!
We came together not just to ride, but to support our friends in Polk County, North Carolina, and your generosity made a real impact. Thank you for making this day so unforgettable—your energy and spirit truly brought this community together

Stunning views, challenging climbs, and fast descents await our Gran cyclists!
Gear up for an exciting and demanding cycling experience as we embark on the 83-Mile course! This course consists of 3 timed climbs and 1 speed zone, designed to test your stamina, improve your cycling skills, and enhance your strategic riding. Enjoy climbing and scenic terrain of a South Carolina fall. Rest and refuel at 4 designated support stations throughout the course. Here, you’ll find hydration, snacks, and encouragement from fellow riders, ensuring you’re energized and ready for the finish.
*Please note: Carbon Clincher Rim brakes for the Gran and Grandito courses are not permitted due to the Skyuka decent.

New for 2025! Riders who want a combination of the Gran and Medio course can now ride our Grandito course. This course is a mix of the climbs from the Gran course, and the distance of the Medio course. With 2 timed climbs and 3 rest stops, riders are sure to test their endurance all while enjoying scenic views of the Blue Ridge mountains.
*Please note: Carbon Clincher Rim brakes for the Gran and Grandito courses are not permitted due to the Skyuka decent.
Stunning views, a monster climb, and an epic descent await our Medio cyclists!
The Medio offers cyclists the picturesque view of the Blue Ridge Foothills in a slightly shortened version of the Gran. This course completes 50 miles and takes you through North and South Carolina's picturesq mountains.
Enjoy climbing and scenic terrain of a South Carolina fall. Rest and refuel at 2 designated support stations throughout the course. Here, you’ll find hydration, snacks, and encouragement from fellow riders, ensuring you’re energized and ready for the ride. This course includes 1 speed zone segment where riders can test their speed for a chance to win the green jersey.
One lap of our modified course is what we have on tap for our Piccolo participants!
Embark on a delightful cycling adventure through the scenic landscapes of Greenville and the Blue Ridge Mountains with the Gran Fondo Hincapie Piccolo Course. Tailored for riders seeking a manageable yet rewarding experience, this route promises both scenic beauty and a taste of cycling challenge.
Overall awards for the Piccolo ride will be given to the top three 14 and Under Male and Female.

Fuel for the ride ahead. The night before the ride, join us at Hotel Domestique for an evening sampling culinary creations from top chefs, paired with a specially selected wine.
