Warehouse Coordinator

 

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment by maintaining inventory through folding, restocking, and systematic storage of apparel. They are also responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping Fit Kit orders to support timely and professional order fulfillment.

Job Expectations

The work area for this job is our basement warehouse that does not have HVAC, so it is permissible to dress appropriately for these conditions. We are a smoke free and vape free environment. The Hincapie Warehouse Coordinator will:

  • Maintain the warehouse by ensuring all product is stocked in the correct location and reorganizing and relabeling bins as necessary based on current inventory levels and incoming shipments
  • Assist with warehouse clean out by hauling boxes to dumpster, researching methods or sources to dispose of/recycle old technology, organizing business supplies and materials, and sorting product for future warehouse sales
  • Fulfill orders for sample kits two days a week. This includes pulling product, scanning it out of the system, packaging, and preparing shipping labels
  • Scan in and stock incoming products, including creating and labeling new bins for new styles
  • Perform cycle counts as needed throughout the year
  •    Clean warehouse weekly by taking out trash, keeping equipment and supplies organized, and sweeping as needed to keep the areas tidy

  •    Physically fit and able to do physical work. Pull heavy boxes off top shelves, move heavy and bulky boxes, assist with loading/unloading trucks for events, etc.
  •    Strong organizational skills with ability to respond to urgent situations quickly and independently
  •    Act as a trend-setter and constantly benchmark best practices
