Retail Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a non-customized item from our Men’s Shop or Women’s Shop, we will gladly issue a refund or credit for the value of the merchandise within 30 days from purchase. Items must be returned in unworn/unwashed condition with the original hang tags attached. All Gran Fondo Hincapie merchandise is final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items. All returned garments are subject to inspection before a refund or credit can be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Steps

  • Use this link to create a pre-paid FedEx return label. The label will be emailed to you to be printed at home.
  • Pack your item in an appropriate shipping box or bag, and include the original packing slip.
  • Drop the package off at your local FedEx drop-off location.

At this time, Hincapie does not offer exchanges by mail, as we cannot guarantee we will have stock available in the item you want if we wait for the exchange order to arrive. If you receive a garment and are unhappy with the fit or color, please return the original item for a refund and re-order the correct garment on hincapie.com.


When you return your purchase within 30 days, you will receive a full refund to the credit card used for the purchase at the original purchase price of the item(s). Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within seven business days. A check or cash cannot be issued for items purchased with a credit card; the amount must be refunded to the original credit card used to purchase the product. The credit may not show up until the next payment cycle on your credit card. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.


Please be advised Hincapie Sportswear will not honor our above return policy on products purchased at discount venues, expo events, or third-party online retailers. Hincapie holds the right to request proof of purchase on every returned garment.


Custom Apparel Returns

Hincapie does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on custom apparel. Should you have any misprints, missing items, warranty issues, or sizing discrepancies, please contact your customer service representative within one week of receipt of your order. Hincapie will remake misprinted items only if the clothing does not match the approved cut art proof. All teams are responsible for using a fit kit to determine the correct sizes to order.

If an item is defective, please contact your customer service representative. You will need to provide the team name, the defect description, and the garment's size and style. We will review the item and if it is determined that the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no charge. We send all warranty items back to our factory to be repaired. This process can take up to eight weeks before the item is returned to you.
