Once you’ve submitted your custom order, it takes four to six weeks for our team to create your cycling apparel and ship it to your team or club. Please note that customs may take up to 72 hours to release your order to FedEx for delivery. To track your order, visit http://www.fedex.com/us, and enter your tracking number listed above.
A signature is required for this shipment, and FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. If FedEx cannot deliver the package after the third attempt and you do not tell them to hold the package at a certain location, they will send the order back to Hincapie’s factory in Colombia, South America. We will then ship the order back to you, but we will have to charge you for the new shipping costs.

For customers who purchase retail items from our Men’s Shop or Women’s Shop, Hincapie offers free ground shipping to the contiguous United States on all orders over $100. If you require something other than ground shipping, the cost will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your chosen method of delivery. We offer customer pick up for local orders.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
All orders are shipped based on the customer’s chosen shipping method. Website orders received before 12PM EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders received after 12PM EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received after 12PM EST on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
