Join us for weekly rides on Zwift, every Wednesday at 7:20 p.m. ET. All skill levels are welcome. These weekly Power Hour workouts are power-based and intended to maximize benefit in a one-hour training session. Each workout is part of the Gran Fondo Hincapie guided training plans available on Training Peaks.
No matter your age or your skill level, you are invited to join us for a ride. It’s sure to be a challenge, but also a lot of fun!
All workouts are designed by Nick Mossing, a USAC Level 3 Coach who has been Power Certified by Hunter Allen (the guy who wrote the book on training with a power meter). He uses the framework developed by Allen and Dr. Andy Coggan to train his athletes. Mossing works with cyclists of all levels and specializes in power-based training for time-crunched athletes.
