  1. To measure reach, extend the tape measure horizontally from the end wall to the middle of the head tube.
  2. Then, measure from the same end wall to the center of the bottom bracket.

1. Adjust your bike saddle fore/aft position

The saddle’s fore/aft position is how far forward (fore) or back (aft) the saddle is positioned from the handlebars. The position of your saddle affects your balance and power.
